Invoice Duty Guard presents information from published EU legislation and the EU TARIC database. It does not provide customs or tax advice and does not represent you before customs authorities. Rates shown are informational; the binding rate is determined at clearance.

Privacy

We store the data you enter in a check (commodity code, producer name, value, weight) together with the result so that your report link keeps working. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. Hosting: Hetzner Online GmbH, Gunzenhausen, data centre Falkenstein (Germany), under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Payments are processed by Stripe; we receive the payment status and the e-mail used at checkout. Server logs with truncated IP addresses are kept for 30 days for security. Requests concerning your rights (access, erasure) go to biuro@drukxpert.pl.

Invoice Duty Guard runs exclusively on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, in the Falkenstein data centre (Germany). Hetzner is certified to DIN ISO/IEC 27001:2022 (SOCOTEC Certification; scope: infrastructure, operation and customer support of the Falkenstein, Nuremberg and Helsinki data centres), holds a BSI C5 Type 2 attestation for Hetzner Cloud and is audited as a critical-infrastructure operator under § 8a BSIG. Its technical and organisational measures are audited externally (currently TÜV Rheinland). These certificates and attestations cover the hosting provider, not Invoice Duty Guard itself. Transport only over TLS (HTTPS); database backups daily, encrypted, at the same location.
