The duty follows the factory on the invoice.

Check a Chinese supplier's invoice line against EU anti-dumping duties in 30 seconds: the producer's rate, the amount without the invoice declaration and the “all other companies” amount.

Check your invoice Measures

126 EU acts · 1 580 producer-specific TARIC additional codes · data as of 2026-10-29

Check an invoice line

As on the customs declaration, e.g. 7213 20 00 00 Company name or TARIC additional code (e.g. A930)
Customs value of this line; freight to the EU border included if known
Needed only for duties set per tonne or per kg
Your invoice or file number – shown in the check protocol and in the billing export
Does the invoice carry the producer's declaration (“I, the undersigned, certify…”)?

Country of origin: China. Only origin China is covered in the pilot.

The check itself is free. A report costs €4.00 on its own or from €2.00 in a package; with an account it is unlocked immediately.

Why importers overpay

An EU anti-dumping regulation does not set one rate. It sets a rate per listed producer and a higher one for everyone else, and the lower rate only counts if the invoice says the right thing.

Rate per producer. An EU anti-dumping regulation sets an individual rate for each listed Chinese producer (TARIC additional code) and a higher “all other companies” rate for everyone else.

Invoice declaration. The individual rate applies only if the commercial invoice carries the declaration prescribed in the regulation, signed by the producer. Without it customs applies the residual rate.

Stacking and registration. Anti-dumping and countervailing duties on the same goods add up, and imports under registration can be charged retroactively. We flag both.

For customs agencies: the check as an invoice line

Under indirect representation the customs agent or forwarder is itself a debtor of the customs debt (Art. 77(3) UCC). Post-clearance recovery is possible for three years from the date the debt was incurred (Art. 103 UCC). A documented check costs you €2.00 – and becomes the line “anti-dumping check” on your client’s invoice.

  • Re-bill

Every check carries your client reference. The monthly export lists date, commodity code, producer, result and link – ready for your invoice to the client.

  • Proof of due diligence

The check protocol carries a timestamp, data state and checksum. In a customs audit you show what you checked and when.

  • Zero payment hassle

One key for the whole team, one invoice per month, paid by SEPA transfer. No cards, no credit.
